iOS10 email's Markup for signature isn't working now. Please help!

I was using email's markup a lot for signing off e-docs. However, I've just found out that it isn't working properly now after upgrade to iOS10. After putting up my saved signature and sent out, the recipients said the e-docs that they received didn't have my signed signature on them (which used to be fine in previous iOS).

Would be very much appreciated if anyone could help to solve this problem. Thank you.

This is extremely disappointing.... I contacted Apple about his problem today. The person I chatted with seemed nice enough, but when i asked for his help he said that the only option was to print out the document, take a picture, sign it, then email it back... isn't the point of this function to be able to sign documents and send them ESPECIALLY if you don't have access to a printer? Then the conversation got cut off and I tired to log back on and the system keeps telling me that there is an error and they can't access my case#.... way to go Apple Support, way to go. I am sorry to say that it looks like this won't get fixed unless people repeatedly complain about it not working.... of course the person who helps you at Apple Support first need to have some sort of clue as to what you are talking about, I spent most of the chat session trying to explain what the problem was, and even after sending screen shots nothing was resolved. VERY disappointing.... whats the point of having a MARK UP system if it doesn't work? Sorry folks but when you send an important document that needs to be signed right away and you aren't near a printer... looks like you'll be SOL.
